Oh I hope you didn't send out yet. I am having trouble finding Omikron. If I don't find it would you take Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines & Commandos: Beyond the Call fo Duty for it. (I think that's a worse trade for me, but I want to make up for my mistake.) LMK. Thanks
I replyed to his request for me to accept differnt game(s) for Aliens V Predator 2. I indicated that he should not open the package, just return it.

Hey Ron,
I still haven't received the game. I found out that Omikron is at my friend's house, unfortuantely he lives quite far away/ Would you take Starcraft and Starcraft: Brood War for it instead? That's actually a better trade for you and if you have not played SC yet, it really is a great game (luckily for me I have 2 versions of the original and the expansion.)

After having received my game,(Your item was delivered at 9:59 am on June 17, 2003 in SELINSGROVE, PA 17870) he suddenly became too busy to comply with my request to forward my game back to me via return mail.

I expected to find my Aliens v Predator 2 PC game waiting for me at the Post Office after the holiday weekend, but still no game? I have been very patient during this very frustrating transaction; first I agreed to a trade, that you proposed, for a mediocre rated game that I really wasn't sure I even wanted only to find out that after I had mailed Aliens v Predator 2, that you did not even have physical possession of Omikron: The Nomad Soul; then several days after you should have received my Aliens v Predator 2 game, you e-mail me stating that you can't be bothered with sending the game back right away, as I had requested you do via e-mail, (how convenient for you) then when you do send an e-mail advising that the game has been returned, no confirmation of mailing is provided (insurance, delivery confirmation number, etc). As of this date, I have not received the Aliens v Predator 2 PC game that you claim to have mailed. If you have any confirmation of mailing that you have not provided me, please make that available ASAP, otherwise I will be obligated to post a BAD TRADER REPORT on GameTZ as of this weekend. I acknowledged his e-mail which included a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number that was to show/prove that he had mailed Aliens V Predator 2 back to me. Unfortunately, he provided a bogus tracking number that was for someone in Selinsgrove,PA. Go figure!!

Thank You, for replying to my e-mail concerning the fact that (one month after mailing it) I still have not received my PC game back from you after our failed trade attempt. I believe you must be confused as to where or to whom you have mailed my Aliens v Predators game. I have checked the USPS web site using the Tracking Number you provided me and it provides a delivery location in Selinsgrove, PA. 17870. Note data below. If you have misplaced or mismailed or have decided just to keep my game and sand bag me about mailing it back, then I expect you to provide compensation ASAP. If you can not guarentee delivery of Aliens v Predator 2 to me within the next 10 days then I expect you to provide me the two games noted below. I again mailed my shipping address, but due to a glitch in MSN Hotmail that day Hotmail would send every time I hit the enter/return key on my keyboard, resulting in multiple e-mails being sent, unintentionally by me, to Peter's mailbox.
He acknowledges my e-mail(s),curses at me for sending too many and suggest a second possible shipping date; other than the Monday originally proposed by him in his prior e-mail.

On Thursday, July 24, 2003 I e-mailed Peter Roussev for the last time and informed him that the two mailing dates ( Mon. 7/21 & Wed 7/23) that he had suggested for shipping Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines & Commandos: Beyond the Call fo Duty had passed with no notification of mailing from him and with no delivery of the games to my shipping address. I stated that if I did not receive the games by Sunday 7/27, I would post this Bad Trader Report. If he decides to live up to his obligations of completing this trade as he proposed it, then I will remove this report.
Ron, I have sent the games out. I'm sorry, but I've been really busy. Please understand. You should have the games by Wednesday.
