After almost a month of waiting, i called him.. He said the games have not been sent out and he will send. He gave me the excuse that he was punished by his parents and was not allowed on the computer to answer my emails. He also said that it was his brothers trade, Dustin ( i think its his brother, he said it like it was). Him and his brother use the same account and the same email. He said his brother should have sent out the game but did not. He then finally sent my twisted metal 3, which as it says on his page ( you can check now) was in very good condition with a manual and case. I received it with no manual, a marked case that had his name on it. The CD also has his initials on it. When I turned over the CD, i saw the most scratched up thing i have ever seen in my life!! It has that protective coating but even with that, the game doesnt even boot up!
Clint, Dustin, who ever the hell im dealing with, I want either money worth the game, or my games back with the money i payed for shipping. If you do not respond to my emails by the end of the week, i will have to call you again and have a talk with your parents..
