I originally filed this BTR a few days ago, but because I didn't give the trader a previous warning, I retracted it. Now, due to the trader's unresponsiveness and a conflict he has with Afroman787, I am filing this BTR again.
I purchased a couple of Sega Genesis games from Brandon (Herzog Zwei and Streets of Rage 3) on October 12, and sent him the payment ($19 concealed cash) the next day. He received the money three days later, and told me that he would ship the games out sometime on that weekend. On the 21st, I noticed that he hadn't sent the games out, so I asked him when he would ship, and he told me that he would ship them tomorrow.
October 28 rolls around and I'm starting to get a bit impatient, so I sent him another message again asking if he's shipped, and once again tells me that he would ship within the next couple of days. A few days pass by, and I checked in with him again on November 2. He didn't respond to this message, and I asked him yet again on the 5th. He finally replies on the 9th and tells me that the games will be out within the next week. Nine days later on the 18th, I ask him again and received no response. I recently contacted him on the 23rd, and I received nothing from him again, even though he's logged in since then.
All I ask is for the games that I paid for (shipped with Delivery Confirmation), and if he cannot ship them within the next two weeks, I would like my $19 back. I do realize that Brandon may be busy in real life, but that does not excuse his obligation as a trader to hold up his end of the deal.
UPDATE: I sent Brandon a letter on December 26th and I hope he'll read it and realize what he's done.
