Hello everyone, my name is FiftyQuid. I am a father of two and an active member of the 'next-gen' (PS3) gaming community. Recently, I stumbled upon retro-gaming and started up the hobby of collecting some of the games from my youth. It's been a great experience reliving some of those classic games and it's become an excellent 'at my own time' hobby to collect them. My main retro focus is TurboGrafx-16, it was the console I enjoyed most growing up even though I was the only one out of my friends to have one. In fact, I didn't know anyone that owned a TurboGrafx-16! The NES is right up there too, but it'll never have a place in my heart like the NEC console. I don't collect boxes, just the games and manuals.

I'm new to this site/forum, but I'm looking to become a large part of the community and hopefully get active trading with everyone here very soon. I just need to get grounded and figure out how everything works!

Please reply to my offers. I will return the courtesy.

I am only trading items in my 'available' list. Please don't waste your time (or mine) sending me offers for items in my collections. Unless you want to pay through the nose. ;) Also, please disclose any defects prior to accepting an offer with me. If the item arrives and the manual is crinkled, water damaged, or has codes written on it and I was never told I will consider this unacceptable and will leave negative feedback. Honesty is the best policy, but pictures are even better.

I'm up in Canada. I have Canada Post as my only shipping option and their rates down to the U.S.A. pretty much suck. The cheapest method of shipping a TurboGrafx-16 game (Compact Disc) is something called U.S.A. Small Parcel for $5.97. Delivery is guaranteed within 6 days. There is a maximum of $100 insurance automatically applied to the shipment. Delivery Confirmation (DC) is not available with this method of shipping. The only method of shipping with DC as an option starts at $12. $12!!! It's stupid expensive and it's not any faster, so if you really want DC, then please expect to pay for it. If you make a trade with me, I will ship it using the cheapest ($5.97) method and it will be packaged very well. You just won't get DC.
