Unless it's a really good offer or I happen to need some cash, I'm probably not going to do cash offers. I usually ship First Class unless you have an objection to that. I'm reasonable so if you want it fast for whatever reason I'd do Priority Mail if I get the same in return. Overnight is out of the question... not sure if anyone does that on here.
