Really giving a reason or counter-offer isn't that much harder than just clicking "Offer Declined". Shipping Info - I usually ship by first class for CDs / DVDs and media mail for anything larger than that. If you want it sent quicker or want tracking added, that is fine. But you will need to pay for it. Sorry folks, but with the increase in postal rates my wallet can only take so much damage.
