i base my decisions of offers based on the quality of the game and not always the value, just because the game is new doesnt mean its good. if you have a active or resolved BTR you send first, no exceptions I have started to use Delivery Conformation on my trades now, and expect you to do the same, it helps me relax and i hate not knowing when my game is going to get here.
