Comment     (last update: 29-Oct-2005 9:46am) SIX STEPS TO HAPPY, HEALTHIER TRADING NOTE 1: All of my games are non-Greatest Hits unless state otherwise. NOTE 2: Please don't tell me the price of the items base on price tag you see at EB or Gamestop. The discrepancy between different stores of different local areas along with online pricing are also take into account if you want to express the item in money value. If you don't like the offer, just politely refuse and refrain from quoting "This [game's title] is [$dollar] at Gamestop or Ebay." And please please please, do not quote Ebay price unless you are absolutely sure it is the best price. I had run into a few occasions when few people quoting Ebay price to me and rationalize for their high demand but in reality, I can get the item at non-Ebay places for a much cheaper price. It's fine if you want to quote price to me but don't base your price on just ONE source unless you want to use selective observation for your own benefit. CONDITION OF THE ITEM How I list my item condition: "EXCELLENT"(aka, MINT) = scratchless disc, item are in great condition "VERY GOOD" = minor scratches, hardly visible scratches "GOOD" = many visible scratches, noticable scratches "FAIR" = greatly noticable scratches, disc had been doctored, etc. NOTE 3: The condition of the item is listed primarily base on the DISC itself, I repeat, the CD itself, not the case or the cover. If you are desperate for a new case for the CD, you and I can easily replace it. If you care about the box and manual, let me know and I'll try to describe it to best of my knowledge. NOTE 4: I know how people describe the condition of the item is subjective; Excellent and Very Good or Good and Fair can sometimes overlap so I try to describe the condition to the best of my knowledge and I hope you do the same. If there is something that you think I should know about the condition of the game, ie. game doesn't read in certain parts, or missing sound in certain parts, let me know. It's nice to get a mint item but I'm flexible and take any game as long as it works without disc reading problem or anything like that. NOTE 5: When we agree on a shipping method, that means both of us will send that same method. If any case you demand me to send Priority and in return, you send the item using Media Mail, First Class or anything that is lower than Priority, that is definitely NOT cool. If you know you can't afford Priority, please don't ask me to send Priority in the first place. NOTE 6: When you send the item, mark the item as GIFT, not Merchandise. Especially if you are a non-US trader, please do so. I have to pay duty fee if you mark the item as MERCHANDISE and I certainly don't want to do that. RATING When you and I finish a deal, I expect both of us to leave the rating. It's a matter a courtesy. I will always leave a rating when we finish a deal. I find it hard to believe that some people would be lazy enough to go through the deal without leaving me a rating. When you do rate, please at least leave your username so I know who it's from. Rating takes about few minutes of your life, I don't expect a lot. Frauds and swindles Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, or to sell, dispose of, loan, exchange, alter, give away, distribute, supply, or furnish or procure for unlawful use any counterfeit or spurious coin, obligation, security, or other article, or anything represented to be or intimated or held out to be such counterfeit or spurious article, for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice or attempting so to do, places in any post office or authorized depository for mail matter, any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by the Postal Service, or deposits or causes to be deposited any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by any private or commercial interstate carrier, or takes or receives therefrom, any such matter or thing, or knowingly causes to be delivered by mail or such carrier according to the direction thereon, or at the place at which it is directed to be delivered by the person to whom it is addressed, any such matter or thing, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. If the violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $ 1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.
