You pended a trade with me, left for NJ, did nothing whatsoever to contact me, or do ANYTHING to carry out your end of the trade. How are you NOT a bad trader? Tell me. What part of your actions makes you into a good trader here?]

This is exactly what a BAD Trader is. You need to uphold your end of the agreement. PERIOD. I can't believe anyone would still trade with you after the flippant B.S. you posted on here. You couldn't have contacted me sooner? Where did my package go? Somehow you think making a trade and then moving dissolves the trade. Unbelievable. This BTR is staying up. FOREVER as far as I'm concerned.]
I really hate to do this, but we started a trade on May 15th, 2008. I sent my end out on the 16th. Tracking number is 03073330000018390796 and according to USPS, "We attempted to deliver your item at 4:13 pm on May 19, 2008 in NEW YORK, NY 10032 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. No further information is available for this item."
I have sent Dave several messages thru GTZ, have contacted a moderator and they sent an email AND a PM to him, and he still has not responded, even tho his listing page shows him having logged in every day that I check it. Today is June 14th, time is 3:27. According to his page, he last logged in at 10:45am on June 14th. It's the same every single time I check. So he's on here, logging in, but not responding to any of my messages, or apparently the message from the moderator.
I will gladly take down this BTR once the trade is resolved.

Hey buddy,I'm back from NJ for a few days
and I Got both notice cards from the Post Office(the first notice and the final notice.so
I thought I'll go see if the package was still there so I can pick it up and
send it back priority mail,but the mail lady said "Sorry,you're to late.This
item was shipped back on 6/16/08." Today is 7/1/08 you should've had your item
already.so take this BTR off my site,Again I'm sorry this trade went sour.

Just to inform you I have a brother uses this account also.
I've been in NJ so I had no idea what was going on, i'm still in NJ as we speak.
so I couldn't get the chance to tell you that overlord game was badly damage while I was moving
my stuff (it was in the console).I'm sorry that this whole trade didn't workout.
I'm not a scammer so take that BTR off my site, USPS will be sending your game back to you.
you should be happy you are getting your game back they are real cons on this site who will take your stuff and just make an all new account. !!FIGHT THE POWER!!
