Bad Trader Reports   Bad Trader Date/Description/Reporter Username: ScottyBoy8841 Aliases: Scott Elias Email: scott.elias@yahoo.com Address: 109 Pine Valley Rd Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 Status: active Created: April 6, 2009 at 12:05pm (EST) Edited: May 4, 2009 at 9:42pm (EST) Trade began in mid-February. I sent him payment for two games. He received payment within about a week. About 12 days went by (March 2) before I asked if the games were sent and he said he would be sending one game first , then the other game later. Jump about 10 more days (March 12) and he said he was JUST NOW sending the first game that he would be sending the second game the following week. He told me on the 16th that I should've gotten the game wednesday or thursday of that week based off of him contacting the mail company that he sent the game with (which he never told me who that was). Over 10 more days later (March 25) I asked him what mail company he had sent the games with , and I haven't heard from him since. Oddly enough , the $25 check I sent him has never been cashed. I had contacted the moderators already , who have tried to get in contact with him as well. He logged into his account March 28 (about a day after I contacted the mods for assistance) but he didn't send me any responses. He hasn't logged back in since then. As far a a resolution is concerned , I would either like to receive the games I rightfully paid for , or my money returned to me , either in the form of the original check I sent (since it hasn't been cashed) or by some other means. Update 4/30/09 : Package was received , but envelope was opened and contained nothing inside. Was stamped by the post office as: Received Unsealed Received without Contents Update 5/4/09 : ScottyBoy8841 says that since he still hasn't cashed the check that I sent him , he is going to destroy it , in an effort to make things square. The part about him not cashing the check is a lie , since my online banking account shows that the check was cashed by somebody back in the beginning of april. I havent had the oppurtunity to send the games out after it was back to me. And yes I havent cashed the check (should give you a little hint on how busy I am) Im not trying to scam you, SAT's were this month so I was incredibly busy. As for the Mods, they have not contacted me what so ever about this matter. I will be sending the games out right away, once again I am terribly sorry.

Comment     (last update: 16-Feb-2009 11:16am) My Honor Code : -I will trade with almost anybody who gives me a reasonable trade, i dont look at that star crap -I know if the trade your offering me is bogus, whether its to good to be true, or it just flat out is no good for me, i will not accept if those trades come up so dont even try -I never send first unless i truly believe you are not going to screw me over(or if its a great trade and i am forced against my will). -Im not a spender(unless its a minimal amount of money), I will take money though, check or cash only NO PAYPAL!
