I don't feel he's a bad trader. I know this person is a bad trader. He lied about his neighbors picking up the package--even when I had written proof of his delivery confirmation. Anyways---he gave some other guy the same exact story--who was smart enough to look up his Xbox Live status and saw he was playing my game since the 15th and his 1 day after he got it. (NoNeedf0raname). Anyways, I'm holding a possible lawsuit against this user--and am seriously considering the legal actions necessary if he so chooses to disrespect the deal further. Everything is set up as needed--people are ready to testify--and this will go on as a felony apparently on his record even though it was $50 or $500. It's still "incessant mail fraud" which has no degree unlike theft (GTA..etc.) And in addition to mail fraud, he will also be filed for theft.

We both agreed to send a game at the same time. Since I'm honest, I sent mine out the very next day. According to the delivery confirmation number, it was delivered on December 24th. However, he says he never got it. He did the same thing to another guy he was trading with too. I know this because the other trader and I conversed. Corey never returned my messages and now his account is inactive. So he has my Half Life: Orange Box (360), but he never sent me my Uncharted (PS3). He conveniently "forgot" to get a delivery confirmation number when he supposedly sent out his end of the trade and now I have no way of knowing if he actually did send it out. My guess is that he didn't.
