I sent out Arc the Lad: Collection hardcover manual, Breath of Fire IV manual, and Arc the Lad: End of Darkness case insert and manual back on July 26th. Michael was supposed to send me a $13 money order in exchange.

Having heard that he was in the hospital, I postponed filing a bad trader. Now that I know that he is active on Myspace and obviously doing just fine, I am filing this report. I'm not out nearly as much money as other traders who pended with him, but I am gravely disappointed in how unethical his behavior is.

I thought this guy was in hospital after heart surgery, according to some people at the chat a while ago. Apparently right now, he's not.

This guy is actually online as of Nov 19 3:47 PM EST on myspace (Last Login: 19/11/2008). This guy left total of 11+ trades and I am pretty sure some people cancelled unfinished trades. Michael is a scammer indeed.

Can someone in the US begin a some kind of legal action?

i sent a guitar hero controler for ps2 , and time crisis 3 with 2 gun con 2s across the country. and he was supposed to send me 20 a ps3 controler a blueray controler and grid and he never sent his end of the deal and i have called his home repeatedly but no response anywhere

We agreed on our trade july 30th, I was to send first. i sent & he recieved August 3rd. I realized i forgot to put in the manaul & memory card so i sent those on august 4th and they were recieved august 6th.

I have gotten nothing yet... He got a PS2 complete w/ a custom clear shell, manual, memory card, & 1 controller.

I was to get $75.00 pay pal.

One person he traded with stated that mike said he was going to be having surgery about a week after the 30th. Well if thats the case he should have at least let everyone he was trading with know this in my opinion.

Its been 2 months now, so what the real story is im not sure, but i feel ive waited long enough, in fact i even sent a letter to his addy & have heard nothing from that either. If it has been read or anything I dont know.

I will gladly take this down once this is taken care of.

Also my name is Mike & i'm disabled I was setting trusses one day and i step on one and it broke and down i went 2 stories which shattered everything in my left leg. I have alot of new things installed in my leg but i still hurt like hell everyday. This happened 5-27-99 and well over 13 surgeries just on my ankle alone and 5 on my knee & 3 on my hip and now they want to do it on my back which for now i refuse to do since i heard once they cut on your back your never right. So i've been disabled since then and now all i have in life is my video games, TV & poker 4 times a week. Which i won saturday night which was really cool since i just started a month ago because my wife said i was nothing but a dog all the time and i needed to get out of the house which now is very cool meeting people instead of just setting in my chair. I still have to take handful of meds to keep my pain under control but now i'm doing something i love to do which is playing Texas Holdem Poker. Thanks Mike ( framerguy )
