It's fairly simple - it's been 22 days since we initiated the trade and they have failed to send their item. When they send and I receive the item as described the matter will be resolved. The user initially indicated they were unable to locate all parts of the item they agreed to trade, but then indicated multiple times they would send out at specific times, and never did. Finally, after much patience, I let them know on 3/14 that I would be filing a BTR if they didn't send out by eod the following day and provide a tracking number... they responded and assured me that it would go out then (on 3/15... since it was their day off)... yet there has still not been an update, no tracking number, nothing. Hopefully this can be resolved.
