Dave and I pended a trade on July 5th for my PSP Value pack in exchange for his Blue DS with Mario and Goldeneye, as well as Clock Tower for PS1 and Castlevania: Lament of Innocence for PS2. He actually had 2-3 more trades than I did, so we agreed to send at the same time. We both also took pictures of what each of us were sending to the other, so I know that he has my side of the trade, but simply chose not to send it. I sent on July 6th, and he indicated that he sent a few hours later than I did. My Delivery Confirmation number that I provided indicated that my PSP was delivered to him on July 9th. The DC number he gave me is still invalid and I fear that he simply made it up. After e-mailing Dave about the status of the trade, he stated that he never recieved my package, and that it was stolen out of his mailbox. He also claims that the DC number he gave me was correct after checking it and that "it just wasn't scanned, they do that alot." As of now, Dave has not logged onto his GameTZ account since July 9th, the same day my package was delivered to his house. All I want is what is due to me. The DS and the 4 games. I will take this down when I recieve it.
UPDATE: After contacting the Police in Dave's area, he has sent my items on July 29th. More Updates to come.
2nd UPDATE: Dave has indeed sent me my things, everything except Goldeneye for the DS. He sent me the case, but no game. This isn't a huge deal to me, since I am just glad to get some of the things due to me. I will remove this when Dave contacts me about Goldeneye DS.
