We agreed on both sending at the same time, so I sent my PS3 Guitar Hero 3 + wireless guitar on March 26 with Priority mail with DC. And It arrived his place on Mar 28th. This guy told me he'd sent it to me but never given me a DC#. I was afraid that he's got 10 pending tades and he'd been reported as a bad trader by other users. I emailed him and he emailed me back and said bad thing had happened to his family, so had to move back to NY and asked me an extension. So I gave him another one week. Today he's supposed to send me the game+money but no answer or nothing. I've never experienced this thing before but I wish he could fix all things right before taking an legal action. At least this guy should reply back why he's not sending it.

We agreed to do a trade i was worried about this trade so i waited to find out if he would give a tracking number he did and it was a bad DC# just like all the rest tried to contact user and he says he's moving but he did send and the items should be there 2 weeks have passed and nothing i would not recommend trading with this user....

I sent first and even sent a return tag for him to ship free back to me which we agreed he would do. He then says he has sent via USPS overnight and gives me a false DC#. I tell him this and he then says that he went home and checked and that he has not shipped. Then he tries to offer me my things back but has already traded them away. I tell him I am going to report him and he says that he will use the call tag I originally sent the next day. The next day comes and he tells me he has sent USPS and gives me another bad DC#. Later in the day it says that he is moving. He is a scammer, he has lied to me on several occations and I will contact UPS to file a fraud claim and call his local authorities to file a civil claim against him.

Shaun and his cousin ( John, may not be a cousin because of the same address which is stated in another BTR) are scammers. I sent my stuff on Tuesday and they recieved on Thirsday. They supposely sent on the same day but i have not recieved my things. I keep asking for i tracking number but not giving one but excuse or it'll be there....I want all of my things back, really i cant have my things back because some were software, or what was with in the trade. I have saved all messages and emails to prove my story.... I will be report a mail fraud and contacting his local police about the situation...and also after he/they recieved the package he/they is going out of town after i said i will be pressing charges if he/they can not give me a confirmation number and/or the package is not here.

I SENT MY ITEM TO HIM HE GOT THEM WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM MESSAGED HIM HE SAID HE WOULD MAIL OUT. A WEEK PAST NOTHING HE WAS TOLD TO SEND TRACKING CODE HE SENT A FAKE ONE A MESSAGED HIM MANY TIME 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES HE WOULD NOT ANSWER . SO I TOLD HIM I WOULD BTR HIM IF NOT SO HE SENT A MESSAGE SAID HE WAS SORRY HE WOULD MAIL OUT ASAP. BUT AGAIN A FAKE TRACKING CODE. I JUST WANT MY ITEMS BACK OR WHAT I WAS TRADING FOR. I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO BTR HIM AND GET HIM FOR MAILFRAUD AND CALL HIS LOCAL POLICE. AFTER ALL THAT IT COMES UP THAT HE IS MOVING.
