A long time ago hodgie and I made a trade that included my sending of a quad core laptop, skyrim for the xbox 360 and 50 dollars paypal. I sent the laptop and game but a week after that things happened in my life and I was not able to send the money and hodgie was great and patient the entire time. It took a long time but I recovered and came back only to find out that hodgie was having some issues as well and we decided that I wouldn't send the 50 dollars and he'd send half of what he owed due to both of us dealing with huge personal loss. I hate doing this because he waited so long for me, but you need to remember what while he was waiting for me he had not sent anything out and had the bulk of his items already. Now it has been months and my things have already been sent, so I can't wait as long as he did. The only way to square this up is for hodgie to send me the RGH xbox 360 we had agreed upon. 3/21/2013 EDIT: Hodgie contacted me as well and is making the necessary arrangements to get this resolved. Please note that this BTR does not reflect upon hodgie negatively as a person and should this be revolved I would not hesitate to do business with him again. Reported By: ForgottenSoup |

I could have spent this time finding another person as equally qualified and trustworthy to handle the situation elsewheres. I can see taking a few weeks or a few months, but over half a year...just too much. Therefore I feel this BTR is necessary. I will not pay return shipping on the package until I know it has been sent and has a tracking number to confirm. As soon as it has been shipped, I will send the paypal within seconds of notification thus securing my end of the trade agreement. Once the trade is completed I will remove the BTR. EDIT - Hodgie has still been active on Ebay during this time. I'm beginning to think my opinion that he is a good person on hard times is nothing but a lie at this point. Update 3/19/2013 - Hodgie contacted me and said this - "i completley deserve your BTR, and i feel like total crap, but i will get it out asap. youve heard it before, i know, but this time is different". I believe that shows some integrity thus far. Hoping he follows through. Update 4/13/2013 - Still have not heard back from Hodgie or received my system. It's been nearly a month now since Hodgie has last responded. I will be filing in small claims on Monday, April 14th, 2013 at Bennington Superior Court 207 South Street P.O.
