Our trade was pended on july 8th. We were trading my DS for $65 paypal. I agreed to send first (on July 10th) and it was recieved july 12th (03061070000218066642). Now, I was reluctant to file this BTR because he did actually try to pay it, but had problems with paypal. He even asked if it would be okay to send a check. I told him I didn't care, as long as it gets paid for. That was on July 18th. It also says that he sent payment on the 21st of July. If it was a check, I never got it, and if it was paypal, it didn't go through for some reason. It's been over a month since he has recieved his part of the deal, and I have tried to contact him since but it has been almost 2 weeks with no respose.
I just want to know what happened and figure out how I can get my $65 for the DS and I will be happy.

Jordan and I had pended a trade in 07/16/06. The trade involved his complete Trauma Center for my complete Mario & Luigi: PiT. Originally, we agreed that he would send at the same time and we were suppose to use Delivery Confirmation. He claims he sent on the 21st but didn't use DC. I had other stuff to mail out on the 24th of July, so I sent M&L then with this DC: 9101 1501 3471 1529 1013 74. According to the DC#, the game was delivered on the 26th, but he hasn't marked the game as received nor have I received his.
I tried my best to contact him (both on GTZ and through his email) but he hasn't contacted me yet. I gave him more than enough time to send his side, so I'm filing this BTR. I will take this down only if either he sends a complete copy of Trauma Center or sends my Mario & Luigi: PiT back. In addition to this BTR, I've also filed a mail fraud form through the USPS website.
