In September of 2001, Sean agreed to sell me a top-loading Nintendo package with games. I sent out payment in early September; I have not received anything to date. Sean replied to some of my earlier emails (he admitted that the package was sent back to him, and that he was going to reship it to me or send a refund), but no longer responds to emails sent to any of the above addresses.
The above postal address was his old mailing address; I believe he is now living in Crestview, Florida, so be cautious when dealing with any 'Sean Fosters' in either of these areas.
Update - I've filed a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (
http://www.ifccfbi.gov/). I've also discovered that Sean Foster is using the alias Alex Foster in a couple of recent Usenet postings dated August 28, 2002, along with a new email address.
Another update: Apparently this bad trader is back in the Baltimore MD area.
