Comment     (last update: 11-Apr-2007 2:05am) Everybody seems to be making rules...I don't really have rules, just common sense. 1.Whoever has less trades sends first. 2.If you have a BTR or recently had a BTR, you send first. 3.If we have close to the same amount of trades, send same time. 4.If I'm buying from you, I will only send first if you are established (gold or better) 5.If I'm selling to you, I will only send first if you have more trades than me. (double gold or better). If not, I will generally require you send payment first. I only accept Money Order.
