We were supposed to send at the same time in July 07, I told Brad in chat a few times to mark that he had received, after he did, but he never did. I sent Castlevania PoR, he never sent the Brother Bear, Metropolis or Samurai Jack DVDs.

we agreed to trade $34 for guitar hero and a guitar i sent on 11th of july and it is september 9th he has told me he has received but has not marked it yet. he told me it was all packedged up 2 or 3 times now and has told me he sent and gave it to his sister to send in late july but has not marked it and i no he has not sent because he told alexander8 that in chat. i would like my $34 back now or at last resort give me the game and guitar. please send brad

I do apologies for it taking so long to send out his game. The only thing I can really say in my defense is I was in a car accident a few months back and completely totaled my car, so I'm lacking transportation. With it being up wards of 115 degrees outside everyday walking anywhere that isn't with in a 500 ft. radius of my apartment is basically sucks huge ass. I'm not walking 2 miles to the post office. I've made several attempts to have family send out some packages I've been backed up on, but they have dropped the ball as well. I realize none of this is really justification, but it's what happened. Hopefully I will find means of getting him his game and this will be cleared up shortly. A refund at this time is not an option as I don't have the money. Thanks - Brad |

| Brad responds: I just don't have much time to trade anymore with my new work schedule. Devin was informed about this before the trade was agreed upon and knew that it would take much longer to receive his game then under normal circumstances. |
