Go to the Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival starting end of August 2008! This is a great place, its fun, and you feel like you are in a different world. Note that it is not really in Pittsburgh. It is in a more rural, less busy area. Its about 30-45 minutes away from Pittsburgh. Check out http://www.pittsburghrenfest.com for directions, information, ticket sales, entertainment, crafts, and a map of the festival.
