Trade was set up May 25th and was shipped out promptly the next day via USPS Priority w/ Delivery Confirmation as per agreed upon for an additional $5 beyond the previously agreed $75 money order for my two DVD sets. He received my goods on the 28th and noted he had received along with a "Thank you very much" note. Since then he has last logged in on June 1st.
Many attempts to contact DVDFREAK007 were to no avail. Email & Trade Message have not yielded any responses and with multiple attempts to complete the trade with no contact from DVDFREAK007, I am forced now to file a BTR.
I most certainly am not a DVD rental service so for DVDFREAK007 to remove this BTR is to simply send a money order for the amount of $80 via certified mail to both prove shipment as well as provide signature confirmation I have received.

I'm so sorry. My internet went down and I couldnt get your mailing address, it's all my fault. I will be shipping out Monday. This is all my fault and deserve this btr for being so far behind, Outinthedark shipped promptly and is a fantastic trader. So sorry bro, I'll send you your $80 money order w/ delievery confirmation or the DVD's & $30, your choice.  |

Well everything seemed like it was well until he never responded to my e-mails asking if he sent my money order of $32 yet. He last logged on June 1st to say he received and hasn't been on since. I have been in contact with his other pending trader and says he's having the same problem. We gave him two weeks to respond and let us know what was the deal or why he hasn't sent the money, but never heard a word. I really regret dealing with this trader and from his past BTR's he seems to do this a lot, but in those cases he actually communicated.
I will remove this BTR if I ever receive my game back with delivery confirmation or the money order we agreed on.
