1: Any trades dealing with cash, you send first no matter how many stars you have. Also, send cash at your own risk. 2: Trades with PayPal, person with least amount of stars sends first. 3: Trades with Money Orders or Checks, you send first and Checks must clear before I send my end of the deal. 4: All trades must have DELIVERY CONFIRMATION no matter what.
