Sent him $5 for his PS2 vertical stand on 8/1and he has delayed shipping it.
On 8/18 he sent this message to me and to the other traders:
"Sorry , as you can see I haven't been on much because of a ton of personal stuff going on . I apologize for the delay and you items will be sent out as soon as I can get them to the post office ."
He has not contacted me or logged in in the past few weeks.
Basically ripped us all off. Just look at his other trades. He received over $300 in money+goods then vanished. I'm lucky to have lost only $5.

Well again I seem to have to defend myself about my entire situation but thats no longer an issue .
I have your item and I will be shipping it out on Monday or Tuesday once I get a chance .
I have been all messed up lately but now I have been doing a bit better and as you can see I still have you item to send to you .
You have to realize I'm no crook or a scammer , I use to be on this website religiously everyday .
I have done tons and I mean tons or trades , sales & buys off or people on here .
I never in a million years would of thought I would have been would get all these BTR's and have been in the position I was in for the last 4 months .
I was in a terrible state and now I have time and funds to send you your item / items .
I will be sending this message to all of the people I owe items or cash to .
youu will all be reimbursed when I can and everything will be tracked and insured if needed .
I thank you all for waiting and I want you all to know that your items or cash will be sent out to you as soon as I can manage to do so .
I apologize that I stuck some of you in the wrong spots but I will make it up to you by sending you whatever it is you were promised .

you have had more than enough time to simply respond to me (and others i see.) i will be contacting anyone who files a BTR or has a pending trade with you and advise them that i have contacted the Police with a letter stating my claim of mail fraud against you and give them a number to call and address to write so that they may do the same. i will not cease my efforts until i get my things from you or you go to court and answer for this. i don't want to hear about your situation, i've already read about it. the only thing i want to hear from you is a tracking number. you've still got the flightsticks and the cdx right? sell one of them and send me the other, you have one week to respond before i take further action and begin contacting authorities and other traders you may have ripped-off recently.
