He would send "The Italian Job" for PS1. Then I'd send $5.00 via Paypal. I sent the subtime the same day the deal was pended and really haven't heard from him since. I emailed the mods asking if I could get a refund of my subtime and they said to try and work out the trade first, but if I couldn't then I could get my sub back. I emailed Infamus but got no replies. This BTR will be removed if and when I get my subtime back since I no longer want the game. We have merged the Prodigy account into the newer Infamus account, along with the 5 Bad Trader Reports on it. We're filing this BTR as a warning to all users who have pending trades with Infamus now. Rick, we need you to clear up these old BTRs as soon as possible. You did lie to us about your identity, but we're willing to let that go if you work to clear up the BTRs. Deal was $30 for my Gamegear package. The money was sent to me VIA paypal first and so I sent him the items. Well a month later the $30 was TAKEN BACK out of MY paypal and it was a third party who paid me. "Rick" here said I would have my money too long ago and I want it now. If he has the money to pay $45 for a NGPC pagkage he better damn well pay me my $30. It's been a month since I sent, 3 weeks since he confirmed that he had recieved, and I have not recieved anything in return. He has told me at least 3 times that he is 'sending today' or 'just sent yesterday'. During most of this time, his account has been suspended due to his misbehavior in chat. Last week he stopped responding to my emails, so he gets a BTR until I learn more. -blackman UPDATE: I had deleted the trade when I filed the BTR to get it off my list. I sent an email on 5/28 requesting status just trying to wrap up the BTR, and he actually replied this time. He said that he had not sent due to the fact that I had deleted the pending trade (which I did 2 months after the trade had originally been pended.) He said I should repend the trade and he would send me UFC Tapout. It is now 6/16 and no additional emails nor have I recieved the game. Richard is the worst trader I have ever dealt with. UPDATE 6/22/2002 I have been more than fair. After another email went unanswered since 6/20, I have decided to take action. I have tried on several occasions to talk to Mr. Mallory privately in chat, which has always resulted in him logging off. Today, I filed both a fraud complaint with the USPS as well as initiating contact with the Cleveland PD. I don't know if it's going to help, but it's worth a try. Richard, if you even pay attention to these, please send me back my stuff. I am no longer interested in trading for UFC: Tapout, I want my Blood Omen 2 and Planescape: Torment back in the condition you recieved them. I know you still have them, as they are listed as available on your trading page. Update 10/12/03 I recieved another email from Rick a few weeks ago, once again asking me what needs to happen to clear up this BTR. On principal, I'm refusing now to accept the nearly 2 year old game that we originally agreed on, not that he offered to send them to me. It is obvious that Rick wants me to just forget about the whole deal and drop the BTR, which I am absolutely not going to do. I will remove this BTR when I recieve the then-value of the brand new $50 Blood Omen that was less than 2 weeks old when he stole it, as well as the then price of about $10 for Planescape Torment. I will not remove this BTR for even one penny less than $60 paid by cash or cashiers check, considering Rick's history of retracting paypal payments 2 months after the fact. Rick, don't even bother emailing me again about this. If you want the BTR down, mail me a MO or cash worth $60. I will never forget this, I will never get over it, and I will never remove the BTR until I get what I am owed, and at this point that is not a 2 year old copy of UFC Tapout that you lied to me about, nor is it a 2 year old copy of the games I sent you as they are now worthless as well.
