I always ship with Delivery Confirmation, and I do ship internationally if I sell an item - but I won't trade internationally (with the exception of Canada!), because it's too expensive most of the time. Do note that if you're buying from me, I will not ship first. I need to get paid first so I can send the item! Please take that into account when contacting me to ask about items for sale. I don't ship to Mexico. EVER. Their postal service is a bureaucratic, corrupt mess that will try to charge anyone insane amounts of money even for sending a CD. I'm sorry to all my Mexican friends... but I've had enough with them. :(
