Hate to do this but after not getting any replies to my messages for the past couple of weeks and we had traded in the past with no problems, I don't know why now she is not responding. I even gave her a warning in advance (on Dec. 1st) that I would file a BTR if she didn't send me the payment or at least let me know whats going on. She logs onto the site often and her last login is 6-Dec-2007 at 5:58am which is today.
I had heard from another trader (invisibleink) she has pending trade with said he haven't heard anything from her as well. invisibleink got the same response from BoB, heard nothing from Lisa too.
Lisa and I pended on Nov 5th where I sent Super Monkey Ball - Gamecube (she has marked received) which was delivered on Nov. 13th according to the USPS DC # 0304 1560 0005 7987 8649 and she was to send me a payment of $12. She sent me a message via e-mail instead on here on Nov 12th (a day before she received my package) stating "I get paid from work on Friday, so either Friday, Saturday at the latest." Thats the last message I got from her.
Now its Dec. 6th and after NO replies to any of my messages since her last one or $12 payment, I have no choice but to file this.  Once I receive payment or the game in the same condition she received returned to me, then I will remove this BTR.
Edit (12/11/07): Now she freezes her account.  Well Lisa, hopefully things will work out for you soon. You should at least complete the pending trades you have since you don't have that many right now.
Edit (7/14/08): I've noticed shes been logging on throughout this month yet continues to ignore my msgs via PM and e-mail. Nice of her to finish/resolve her 4-5 pending trades at the time I filed this BTR. Yet can't afford $12?? Or at least have the courtesy to send back the game in the same condition I sent to her in. Only cost like $2-3 to mail a game if $12 is too expensive. If she can mail all those package from her old pending trades she just resolved, why not send mines. Its getting ridiculous.
I will remove this BTR if she eithers:
1) Pay the $12 as originally agreed (Paypal non-cc or money order is fine)
2) Send back the game (Super Monkey Ball GC) in the same condition, complete as originally sent.
Response to her reply (7/18/08) - Sorry as this has been getting frustrating over $12 and dealing with other people who chose to ignore regarding their side of the trades. Anyways I like to get this over with and please send the $12 or the game. So far I have not receive either one.
(9/4/08) - I see now her account is closed and marked as inactive. So I'm out a game or $12 pretty much forever. *sighs* If she is found to be trading elsewhere, I will make sure the community there does not deal with her. I am sick and tired of her excuses and waiting.
