Sweetwater texas, 79556 Status: active Created: October 22, 2007 at 9:43am (EDT) We pended a trade about a month ago. My 360 stuff for his $330 via money order. I sent with a DC right away as agreed, exact date was september 25th. He recieved and had complaints about the 360 missing it's disk tray emblem and the disc tray was jamming, so i told him it wasn't like that when shipped, but he can send it back and keep his money and there would be no hard feelings or he could keep $25 and just replace the tray. He decided to keep $25 and replace the tray, it's been close to a month now from sending and he hasn't even updated his status as recieved. I'm worried that he is trying to take my 360 and not pay. He did mention he was having computer problems, so i told him i'll give him an extra week to atleast UPDATE me and he hasn't, so i have to take action. When i recieve i will gladly take this down, i dont like filing complaints and ruining a members reputation, but $330 is a lot to me and i gave this member the benefit of trust by sending first and i'd like him to honor his agreement. Ok, Back in early October of so, she shipped me a 360 that was supposed to be in great conditon with two controllers and sonic. I received a 360 with the disc tray bezel missing, pizza sauce (yes, pizza sauce) on BOTH the controllers, and on top of that, you had to hit the top of the tray to make the 360 open. So at first I was kinda pissed about it, but she agreed to pay to get a new bezel. So I was fine with it. But the the 360 started freezing and giving me some error (error 74 or something like that.) So even though it was the wrong thing to do I decided to ignore her messages for a couple weeks and then she filed a btr. So I ended up shipping her broken 360 back and payed $25 of my own money for shipping and she refused to remove the btr. So I just left the site instead of actually getting into a dispute with the mods and such. So thats basically what happened. - May 7 2008
