Username: Sartori Name: Josh Williams Email: Kureishima@Gmail.com Address: 7 Chestnut Lane Crawfordville, FL 32327 | Status: active Created: June 15, 2008 at 6:17pm (EST) On April 27th, sartori and i agreed on a trade which consisted of my sealed Lost Odyssey (360) and sealed Final Fantasy VII: Crises Core (psp), for his .hack//Infection (PlayStation 2), and 500 GB Western Digital Sata Hard Drive. When i went to ship his items, I realized that I no longer had any copies of FFVII:CC left, so I asked him if there was something else he'd like in it's place. We agreed on another sealed 360 title instead, and I shipped his items via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation on May 9th ( dc #03071790000120374640). The parcel was delivered to his home at 3:07 pm on May 12, 2008. He never marked that he received, and on may 17th, I sent him a message that said: " Hello, I was wondering when i can expect my side of the trade. Please let me know. Thanks", to which he replied, "Please be patient, some issues and bill deliqnuient for internet,. therefore no ability to contct you." on May 21st. I understand that sometimes things happen, so i was fine with his response. After not hearing anything from him for a week, i sent him the following message "Hello, I was just wondering if you could perhaps give me an update as to when I can expect my stuff. Also, if at all possible, could you mark that you've received on the site please? I'd greatly appreciate it. I hope all is well. Please let me know. Thank you." on May 28th. I received to reply. I waited another week, then sent this message, "Ok, so it's been almost a month since you've received my items, and all i've heard from you is a message saying you're behind on bills. I fail to believe that you can't afford the few dollars to ship my items. So, that being the case, I will give you until saturday, june 14th to either A: have a delivery confirmation # posted so i know my stuff is on the way, or B: an exact date as to when i can expect delivery. If I do not hear anything by then, i will be forced to file a BTR, and seek further legal actions. I feel that i have been more than patient and understanding, so you'll have to forgive my bluntness. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you." on june 5th, as i felt i have been more than patient with Josh. Well here it is, June 15th, and I still haven't heard a thing from him, and he hasn't logged onto the site since the morning of may 21st. It's a shame that such a veteran of the site would resort to thievery. This BTR will come down when one of the following two criteria are met: 1: I get the ps2 game and hard drive which was originally agreed upon, or 2: i get the 2 games i sent him back. I sincerely hope Josh will do the right thing on his own, without further assistance from the local Crawfordville police department, which i will be contacting in 2 weeks from now, if I don't hear anything from Mr. Williams.
