Rules for Delivery Confirmation and Insurance All trades within the US must have delivery confirmation or some sort of tracking whenever goods are being sent. (If you're just sending a check or money order, then there's no need). Delivery confirmation costs all of 18 cents on first class mail if you print the address label from your computer using USPS' free Shipping Assistant software, and it's completely free with priority mail. I will decline offers from anyone in the US who refuses to get delivery confirmation. It's simply not worth the risk - especially with the way the post office service quality has plummeted since the price hike. What about insurance? I strongly recommend insurance for any trades valued over $200.00, and I require it for trades valued over $300.00. The quality of service from the post office has dropped like a rock since the price hike, and we get to foot the bill if something goes wrong. If we agree on Delivery Confirmation and you send me an item that does not have it. You will automatically receive an "unacceptable" for honesty. Bubble Mailers are not expensive. Please do not mail me a game in a manila envelope!  Collection Items Are NOT For Trade. Pretty simple. If it's in my collection, I don't want to trade it. Do not ask about collection items or I will simply decline the trade offer without further explanation. If I want something bad enough to give up a collection item, I will offer it - otherwise don't ask.  Payments I would really only like to be paid and pay via Paypal. Its quick, and easy. Verified Accounts only! I will only accept direct payments, and credit card payments NO e-checks please. If you don't have Paypal don't worry, I'll still trade with you either by sending a personal check to you (CHECKS WILL NOT BE MADE OUT TO CASH) or a postal money order. Cash WILL NOT be sent through the mail  Received Goods First off, YOU MUST HOLD ON TO ANYTHING YOU RECEIVE FROM ME UNTIL THE TRADE IS COMPLETED. I will do the same. This also means that you should not click "I have received" until you have physically inspected anything that has been sent to you. When you mark received, that is your way of marking that you have received, inspected, tested, and are satisfied with the stuff you got. Once this is done, I am no longer responsible for anything that may happen under any circumstances. Respect Please be courteous. If you don't want a trade that I offer, it takes just a few seconds to decline it. Also please give a reason, or a counter offer if you are not happy with my offer. Also, please keep in mind that I often cannot go to the post office the same day as we pend the trade. When trading with me, unless we have made other arrangements, "immediate" shipping means the item will be sent within one week of pending the trade (or 1 week from receiving your end if you are sending first). My usual shipping days are Saturday because I work during postal hours the rest of the week. If you really need your item that badly, I will use the Kiosk after postal business hours. Being courteous also means keeping me informed if there are any problems. Can't ship when you said you were going to? Just let me know.  Games Games Must Be Complete, Non Greatest Hits, Players Choice, Platinum Hits Etc. & NON EX RENTALS/GAMESTOP PRE-OWNED Any game you send me must be complete (Case, Manuals, Maps GAME etc.) and in excellent condition I take great pride in my games and don't want anything less from my fellow traders who wish to deal with me. I am really anal when it comes to scuffs, scratches, etc. So let me know if your item is defective in anyway, and yes a ripped manual does count towards condition. A game listed as excellent should be just that. If a game arrives in any condition in a way in which it wasn't listed (i.e: yellow GameStop stickers all over it) You will automatically get an "unacceptable" for honesty | ||
