Comment (last update: 6-Jun-2007 9:55pm) UPDATE August 2005:
Now that Gametz won't require a subscription, I'll probably hang out here more often. I didn't expect to be coming back for awhile, and so ended up selling a lot of my available games UPDATE January 2005: Well I've been away from Gametz for awhile, because I didn't have much time for games. I'm back to pretty much let my subscription time run out and to see if I can make a few trades. Feel free to email me with any offers. I don't usually buy games unless they're extremely reasonable ($10 or less depending on the game). I have a lot of updating to do on my lists and I'll try to do that ASAP. Okay, let's start trading! Btw- if anyone is interested in what's been keeping me so busy click the banner below!
UPDATE December 2003: I felt my bio page was a little long, so I'm going to try to keep it brief. Atari 2600 Nintendo Entertainment System Super Nintento Sega Genesis Sony Playstation Sony Playstation 2 Gameboy Advance SP (so I like Gameboy, Gameboy Color, and Advance games) Nintendo Gamecube PC Dreamcast I will only trade for games on the above systems. I am a game PLAYER, not a collector, so I don't need games in perfect condition. As long as they can be played, I'm happy. I like manuals and boxes, but don't find them necessary (for the most part). I don't mind looking at available lists, so if you are interested in something of mine, don't hesitate to send an offer. I prefer to trade, will occassionally buy or sell if the price is right. I Please visit my auctions at: http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQfgtpZ1QQfrppZ25QQsassZ... Will usually only trade within the US unless it's a game I really want. But you can always email me...I don't bite I see a lot of gamers complaining about how XP doesn't run old games or even games made for Windows 98 (before XP). XP has backward compatibility, and it's very simple to use! I put off getting XP for a long time, because I had heard horror stories about how it doesn't play any games except for the recently released titles. It wasn't long after I got XP that I discovered the "compatibility" feature. After a game has been installed, right-click on the game icon (whichever one you would use to start the game) and click Properties. Once the properties menu pops up, click the "Compatibility" tab. There, you can select whether to run the game compatible for Windows 95, 98, 2000, or NT. Also some of the older games require it to be run in 256 colors (only use this if the game gives you an error/message about it) or in 640x480 resolution, and you can check those boxes in the same window for that problem. So many of my games have become playable with just a few simple adjustments! So if you use XP and have games that won't run, try this because so far I have yet to have a game not run at all in XP. | ||
