Those occasions would be someone else new and/or someone still somewhat new with some bad reports. I won't send my stuff out first to someone who isn't trusted by the community at large. Feel free to send an offer if you see something on my list you want even if I don't have anything on my want list you have. Who knows, maybe I forgot something or will see something new that I just have to have. I love to open up communications and negotiations. Nothing gets done until people start talking, be it a video game trade or anything else in life. I use First Class when it is the cheapest and media mail when it isn't. I don't normally use anything extra, but nothing is set in stone. I don't usually take too much into account the listing price of games since they aren't always logical and I am not really going to sell anything I get, so feel free to make any offer, worst thing that can happen is I say no.
