I agreed to a wager with Tnutty on the 5th of June. The wager was over players that would be selected to the 2008 MLB All Star game. His pick was Aaron Rowand from the Giants and mine was Kosuke Fukodome from the Cubs. If Rowand made the team but Fukodome did not, I would pay Tnutty $20. If Fukodome made the team but Rowand did not, Tnutty would pay me $20. Any other scenario would void the bet. I wound up winning the bet and have yet to receive the promised $20. The actual game took place on the 15th of July and I have been trying to recover this prize ever since.

I have sent Tnutty several reminders through PMs about living up to his end of the agreement but all I have received is a series of delayed excuses. At one point he claimed to not have the money to pay me but at the same time he was able to buy a PS3 game from another GameTZ member for $31.

I have filed this BTR in hopes of receiving the money that was promised to me. I also would like to warn other users about Tnutty and what he has done. Please do not make any wagers with this user or allow him to join any prize pool type contests. He�ll be happy to collect his winnings but will only try to weasel out of any loss.

As soon as I receive the promised $20 I will remove this BTR.

EDIT - You could have explained this situation to me during the month + period I continually ask you for the $20. Also, the PS3 game sale being reversed in your trader report doesn't even matter. In fact it only makes matters worse because it shows that you did indeed have money to pay off your debt to me. Just send me the promised $20 and I will gladly remove this BTR.

I tried explaining to Molesto that I'm going through some really tough times. I just moved out on my own and am working 60 hours a week.

He mentions that I bought a PS3 game from someone but that was actually me selling a PS3 game to him. He just did the trade wrong.

I told him I would pay him when I got an extra buck, but I guess he can't understand when someone is going through hard times.
