He notified me that he received the package but had not gotten to test it yet to make sure it was satisfactory. After that he has refused to contact me regarding our trade or send his side of the arrangement. He can resolve this by either sending his side of the trade (Red Dead Redemption for PS3), returning my side of the trade, or sending me the money to buy a new copy of Star Fox 64 3D (MSRP of $39.99). Kenneth was easily accesible at that time and in constant communication with an Excellent trader rating. We finally pended a trade on Aug. 23 with the terms we both send immediately. I sent and he received on Sep. 4th (he hasnt signed back on the site since that date). Several attempts have been made to contact him with no response, he also has several other btr's pending against him right now. Ways to resolve. Buyer says he got drunk and forgot to ask mom for the money. NOT A EXCUSE I will accept. This was for a nintendo 3ds with 2 games and mario kart wii. Buyer's profile says their are no problems and that the buyers feedback score was higher then mine so I had to ship first. What legal action could be taken against buyer if I am not paid part of the deal. Also how is someone under 18 allowed to use this type of services hmmm...
