The agreement was to both ship at the same time via First Class w/ Delivery Confirmation. I shipped on September 13, 2008 and it arrived at aartz23's house on September 15, 2008. He added a message to the trade on September 13, 2008 stating he would send on September 15, 2008. I heard nothing from him for a week and I asked him if he sent. He acknowledged receiving the game from me on September 21, 2008 and did not reply to my question at all. I asked again on September 26, 2008 about the game and replied back that day he would ship on October 1, 2008. I have asked a couple times since about the game and no messages from him regarding the trade. He's logged in after October 1 several times and is not responding to any messages. I will remove the BTR once I have received the game. I will file a criminal complaint with the San Fernando Police Department if I do not receive the game by October 20, 2008. I shipped on September 12th. He told me he would ship on the 12th as well. After I never received a notification that he shipped, hesent me a message that he was having personal problems and he was sorry. He said he would ship on Monday, September 15th. I gave him 2 extra days before messaging him on September 17th. He then gave me another excuse and said he would ship soon and include something extra for my patience. On September 24th, I tried to get a status update and he told me he wouldn't be able to ship till October 1st. It's now October 5th, I've sent numerous messages and he isn't responding anymore so I'm filing this BTR. If my items are not shipped by Monday, October 20th, I am filing a criminal complaint with the San Fernando Police Department. If you ship my items by then I will pull down this BTR.
