Alvarez 13501 Gridley Street San Fernando, Ca 91340 Status: active Created: October 5, 2008 at 6:27pm (EDT) Arthur and I originally made a trade on September 11th where we both agreed to ship at the same time. I shipped on September 12th. He told me he would ship on the 12th as well. After I never received a notification that he shipped, hesent me a message that he was having personal problems and he was sorry. He said he would ship on Monday, September 15th. I gave him 2 extra days before messaging him on September 17th. He then gave me another excuse and said he would ship soon and include something extra for my patience. On September 24th, I tried to get a status update and he told me he wouldn't be able to ship till October 1st. It's now October 5th, I've sent numerous messages and he isn't responding anymore so I'm filing this BTR. If my items are not shipped by Monday, October 20th, I am filing a criminal complaint with the San Fernando Police Department. If you ship my items by then I will pull down this BTR.
