1) If a unresolved BTR has been reported or lower amount of completed trades, you will send first. Like most of the GTZ users, only GTZ feedback is the only factor on who sends first. So do not pass off a "I have more feedback on Ebay or Tradegamesnow" excuse. Because when you sign up for GTZ, you have to start from the ground up like all of us did and send first. 2) When deciding who sends, I use the "who has more trades" rule most do. If you have at least a double gold-star & within 10 trades of me, we'll both send at the same time. If you have less trades and lower than a double gold star, you will have to send first. It's the opposite if I have a lower amount of trades. 3) If a game is not in the condition it's stated, I will lower your feedback rating. If it's in a very bad condition than stated, I will return your items(and expect to be compensated for shipping costs). 4) If a game's in my collection, it means do not bother sending an offer to buy or trade for it. 5) I don't ship outside the U.S. So if you live in Canada or the UK, don't even bother sending a offer. 6) If buying from me, I only accept cash or US postal money order. This means don't offer to pay by Paypal, check or a regular money order. If it is cash, I suggest mailing it with delivery confirmation. Because if it is lost, I will not be held responsible. My "Do Not Trade With" List:  CrazyEights/Game_luvas- traded me a bad copy of Resident Evil 3(PS1) and would not replace it.
