Well we pended the trade on May 25 the trade stated above. I was suppose to send first because of having less feedback. So I sent on May 27, Priority Mail since the package was too big for first class like we specified.
He told me in a message that he recieved but didn't hit the recieve button, saying he would ship monday.
I told him no rush on the shipping because I know how it is sometimes with work. (Keeping in mind I still find a way to ship my stuff even though I work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. w/ only a 20 min lunch break where we must bring food there and can't leave.)
Well, I asked him on June 2 if he was gonna mark as sent and he replied that they were A++ Excellent, and he couldn't send because of migranes he was having. Well I told him there still wasn't a big rush at the time knowing that I also just got back from the doctor being sick with something.
On June 4 he told me that he would send Thursaday or Friday because he went to the doctor and had to get some needle stuff done down his neck (I guess because of the migraines?) He also said that I could pick something else off his list if I liked because of the delay. I replied saying It was no big deal and just send when your better.
After that he finally put as recieved on the trade. June 4
On the June 10 he finally messages me again saying that some stuff went down and he usually doesn't do a delay like this, and also I could add any manga or other game on his list for free because of it. Again I said I didn't really need anything else. But told him I'd be away on vacation for the rest of the week so if he sent I'd recieve when I got home.
He sent another message the same day insisting I take something else, but I again declined and asked he keep me updated.
On June 19 when I returned from vacation surprised that his package had yet to arrive logged on and left another message saying, "I was just wondering what's been up. Its been 2 weeks since you recieved and I was just wondering if you are any closer to being able to send. Thank You and hope to here back soon."
NO REPLY!
After that I left another message on the June 22, "I really don't want to have to file a BTR which some people may not have as much patience as me and would've already. I really would just like to be updated on what's going on if that's ok. If you keep me updated then I have no intention of filing a BTR against you I just think this is dragging out a pretty long time. Thank You for trading, and please keep me updated. Thank You!"
Again NO REPLY!
I again left another message today asking that he send to my girlfriends address instead of mine. Telling him the address and thanking him.
NO REPLY!
After I got home from work I logged on to see that he has logged on today but has yet to reply to any of my messages. So I sent this, "Hey man I'm sorry but if I don't hear from you in the next couple days I will be filing a BTR against you. Really at first I just wanted an explanation, now I either want the Dvd's you owe me. Or the games I sent you back in there rightful condition. I'm sorry to do this but its been over a month and I've been ripped off twice and don't want it to be three times. So an explanation would be great. I am a very patient person but when I see you've logged on and just ignored my messages... (3 of them) Then I get worried. I don't want this to be the third time i've been ripped so I'll give you a couple days to explain the situation or send me my games back, or the dvd's owed to me. Thank You! and sorry it had to be like this but I'm just scared your trying to rip me. Thanks and I hope to hear back soon. Have a good one and God Bless!!"
I have still yet to hear a response and its now July 6. I have given more than enough time to log back on and keep me update or at least send me back what I sent him or send me what he owes me.
All I want is either the dvd's and manga he owes me or the games I sent him back in the same condition he recieved them in. If this happens then I will delete this btr. If not then I have also since this was written e-mailed him telling him that I was writing a btr and that if I don't hear from him that I will be contacting his local police and reporting mail fraud. I do not wish to do this but I also do not wish to get ripped off.
I hope to hear back soon.
