ironman82 & I pended a trade on September 28, 2009.

I, ZeldaCubeGamer, mailed on Sep. 29th, 2009 a $250 US Postal Money Order.

ironman82 was to send me a New Xbox 360 Resident Evil 5 Elite Red Console (comes with a game and token).

Bottom line I will remove this BTR when I receive what I paid for OR I get my money back.

It is now October 17, 2009. I have not received anything from ironman82 in 19 days. I haven't even received a reply to the messages I've added to our pending trade agreement or the messages sent directly to his email address (theironman82@yahoo.com)

ironman82 / Bradley Witenhafer has logged-in to GTZ several times since 9/28/09 & has posted replies on 10/01/09 to several other BTR's. On October 11, 2009 ironman82 filed a "Cancel Trade" petition to delete the info of a pending trade with another member (who also filed a BTR on ironman82) who bought yet another of ironman82's new 360 consoles. Part of ironman82's reason for canceling the trade is, ..."Due to transmission dying in car, invasion of family privacy and current family issues to deal with, I do not have the time or funds to continue with any trades at this time."

Well, Bradley has my funds of $250, so he has plenty of money to pay for whatever postage & packaging is required to mail me what we've agreed to. If he doesn't have time to do this then he can just return my $250 US Postal Money Order & then only be out a postage stamp & about a minute of his time to write my address on the envelope.

Today, Oct 29, 2009 I just noticed that Bradley's Bio page shows this info:

ironman82/Bradley has still not replied in our pending trade agreement or to this BTR, nor has he contacted me via the site's PM system or through my email address.

I sent him a lot of PS2 games and he never sent my $55.

EDIT 10/11 : I got my games back today but I still want to be refunded the $20 shipping costs.

All of his games were mailed back to him and the trade was canceled. No need for this BTR.

I guess the others before me feel this is large scam. I am following suit in filing a BTR report to cover my own ends. I sent a USPS money order for $250 to this trader Monday September 21st. It was marked as received by this trader on Tuesday, September 29th. I haven't heard anything back since it was marked as received.

I have messaged the trader requesting that the items agreed upon be sent with delivery confirmation within the next day or a refund of my money.

Update 10/4 I have sent two emails and two trade messages to theironman82 with no reply or response. I know he is getting them because he has signed on multiple times (even today) but won't even send me a message to let me know when he plans to ship my item or refund me.

He has $250 dollars of my hard earned money, at the least he could show some effort in communication. This only makes him look worse in light of the accusations against him.

Update 10/7 Message him daily hoping for a response. Once a month has passed (10/18), I will be contacting his local police department with a list of names and money he has frauded us all out of.

Update 10/30 I received the first refund payment from Brad for $40.00. He says that more will follow in the coming weeks.

I am not a bad trader or scammer. I have been out of town dealing with family stuff (death and such) the past couple days. False charges were pressed againist my father over 15 years ago where he was found not guilty and had done nothing wrong.

Everybody will recieve their stuff and/or money back. I believed with my rep and long history that a false accussation like this would not occur. I use to run an online gaming business for several years (most people here know that), that I shut down this year and have been selling everything off since.

I ask for any further questions or comments to be directed to me in email with enough time to answer before any more btr's are posted and my rep is ruined.

I was going to buy a Resident Evil 360 Bundle from him for $250. I said that I'd send him $150 after some of my eBay items had sold, and send him $100 asap. Four star trader, thought he could be trusted. He didn't have paypal so I got somebody else on here to send him a Postal Money Order, which was confirmed delivered. So now I'm out $115 (which is little compared to the other people he's scammed.) which could have got me a 360...
DON'T TRADE WITH THIS GUY. ALL HIS PENDINGS WHO HAVEN'T SENT THEIR SIDE SHOULD CANCEL NOW!

Ouch, another Brad ripoff. I feel lucky that I only got taken for one older game. We were supposed to send on 9/4/98. I got called out of town on business and didn't get a chance to send the game. When I came back, no game had arrived so, I sent another email on 9/16 asking if he still wanted to trade. He did and we agreed to send the next day. I sent on 9/17 and I have yet to receive his game. He doesn't answer my emails. Guess, after reading bad traders list, I'll email his mother. Seems like this boy thought he found a gold mine.

I was recently ripped off by Bradley Witenhafer, but after speaking to his mother, and all of his references, and many many discussions and emails, I managed to get my money (205$) from him, that he owed me for games. He has been denied internet access, unless supervised, and no one should deal with him without his parents' consent. (Be warned, Bradley has imitated his mom in E-mail many times.) if you have been ripped off by him, or have any other greivance with him and need to contact his mother, please use the following snippet from an email she sent me, as a guideline. Thank you, and remember; Don't let the scammers win! "Have other people e-mail me at work:suzanne@identitech.com, so that I can be sure to receive everything. NO CALLS THERE PLEASE, there is no privacy, and let them know they don't need to be abusive - just tell me straight out what's gone down. By the way, I'm up by 6 am, a call then would be at a "decent hour." I appologize that this situation developed and has gone this far. We will work to resolve it. Suzanne Witenhafer"

Another Brad's victim!!! We agree to send games and payment at the same day (09/10/98). I have sent all the games (worth $260) that he wanted just like we agreed before. But now, I still haven't received his payment. Regular mail like that shouldn't take more than a week to arrive from coast to coast. Avoid him at all cost! I am just wondering, how can he had such a lot of confirmed trade in his page? I trusted the list, but now I am going broke!

We agreed to send on the same day. I send 2 PC games and over 10 demos. He said he never got them, but I didn't receive them back. I lost $85. Don't trade with him.

We made a deal that I would give him a game gear, case, battery pack, and one game. He would send $75. We agreed to send the stuff at the same time the next day(monday). i sent mine, and he told me he sent his. A week later I asked him if he had really sent it because I hadn't gotten it yet. He said he had sent it on wednesday. He said he hadn't gotten my stuff yet. Two weeks passed. I asked him if he had gotten my stuff yet and if he really had sent the money. He said he didn't have my stuff and that he had sent the money. I checked with a few other people he had done deals with. They hadn't gotten their stuff yet either. My dad called him up, and talked to his mom. She said that he had talked to him and that he said he had gotten a little behind on deals and that he had gotten my stuff (even though he lied about it before). Basically he was trying to rip me off. Luckly, I got the money from his mom. The guy is a bad trader though. he tried to rip me off, but it didn't work. No one else should have to deal with him.
