I typically send as quickly as possible; I appreciate it if you do the same, but I understand when things need to be delayed. Just communicate with me. Most of the time if I don't accept a reasonable offer, I will provide a reason even if it's "thanks for the offer, but I'm just not that interested." If you could do the same for me, that'd be great.
