Comment     (last update: 13-Dec-2007 3:20pm) WHAT I COLLECT AND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR I collect old games especially Sierra and Microprose games from the early and mid 90's. Feel free to make offers to me if you are offering a Sierra or Microprose title that is not on my wanted list. Here is the list of PC games I am most searching for right now. All Space Quest's especially 1,2,6(boxed) Police Quest 1 (remake), (boxed) Gold Rush (boxed) Midwinter (boxed) Codename: Iceman (boxed) Sword of the Samurai (boxed) UMS II (boxed) Tex Murphy: Mean Streets, Martian Memorandum, Pandora Detictive (boxed) Conquests of Longbow (robbin hood) (boxed) All Leisure Suit Larry games, Especially 1,2,5,7, (boxed) Also I collect boxed console games and systems. RULES ON TRADING International Trading I Do not trade Internationaly on a normal basis. The deal would have to be pretty big for me to even consider trading internationaly. So dont bother to offer me games if you are from Europe, Asia (ect) unless its on the list above. Please no email My email service get bombarded with spam (at times up to 100 a day) so its very likely that if you send me an email I might miss it. So if you want to ask a question or just are curious about something and I dont respond just try making a blank offer on this board or seek me at one of the message boards I frequent (sierra collectors, tex murphy). Again its not out of meanesss I just miss a lot of email because of that darn spam. I go under the same user id on all boards so I am easy to find. Rule of thumb on making offers The main rule of thumb is I dont mind you making any offer (even down right silly ones!) at least until I have said no once or twice and you keep offering. Who sends first rule And like almost every other trader the following applies I have more trades that you ------ You send first I have LESS trades than you ------ I send first You purchase my games ---- You always send first MY PET PEVES WITH PEOPLE (i.e. dont try this with me)..... Dont try to go around the GameTZ offer system Dont try to go around gametz by sending me an email asking me to trade one of my items without using the system. It makes me think you have something to hide.......! DO NOT TRY TO BLACKMAIL ME OUT OF SUBTIME, MONEY OR GAMES. If you receive the item you agreed to trade for and then you try to attempt to hold out for more money I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO REPORT YOU FOR THE BAD TRADER THAT YOU ARE!!!! I dont say these things to be mean, I have had experiences with both things and they have gone bad. It ticks me off that someone would have the gaul to demand more subtime\money\games after they have recieved their portion of the deal. LIST OF SHAMEFULL TRADERS MDAUPHIN This man\woman\child\adult tried to mass trade with about 15 differnt GameTZ folks including me all at once. After everyone sent them their games they went into hidding. Only occasionaly did they respond to emails saying that the games were in the mail. Now let me take a second to say this to all future scammers out there. If you are going to take peoples money or games and you plan on responding over and over again saying that you have sent or surly there is a mistake then plan on lots of angry and ACTIVE folks against you. This is exactly what happend to MDAUPHIN. After I contacted every one of her pending trade partners and determined that many were willing to take action, I contacted MDAUPHIN by saying that if they didnt send the games or at least responded to my email that all 15 of us were going to call her local police department and file mail fraud charges against her. After some time passed we were forced to proceed in doing so. Apparently the numbers of us taking action and calling her police dept and doing the mail fraud charge did the trick. Me and several other members of Gametz got exactly what she was supposted to send. Currently they are banned from the site and are not here. But here is the point for me posting all of this. 1. If someone tries to screw you out of your games or cash then dont let them by with it. Use the methods I described above to take action. It isnt always sucessfull but it does bring attention to the wolfves and they cant stand the light of day for very long. 2. I want people to know that if they are trying to scam me then they WILL FIND OUT THAT I AM SERIOUS ABOUT GOING AFTER THEM. I will find out where you live and call your local police dept, I will call you at home. If you are a minor I will speak to your parents and let them know what you are doing.
