If it is a previous rental, greatest hits, players choice, or has been doctored I want to know this Before We Pend The Trade When you will ship. If there will be a delay Tell Me. As long as I know what's going on I don't mind a delay. When you received and when you sent. Waiting to mark a trade received until 2-3 days after having received an item looks shady. Possibly trying to buy time to ship your end. Possibly just lazy. Either way it's annoying and bad trader behavior. Especially, if you have logged onto the site after having received. Also, marking your trades sent when it hasn't been sent. This has happened to me. A person sends me a trade message including the D.C.# stating they sent and it turns out the item was shipped 2-3 days after. FEEDBACK AND BTR'S I ship my items immediately unless stated otherwise Prior To Pending A Trade I expect the same. The post mark should be within the first three days of pending a trade. If shipping your end will take longer, Just Let Me Know. If you do not tell me, I will reduce your speed and courtesy rating. I base feedback ratings on what the post mark reads on the package. If you are hanging out on the site in the forums and chat and have not shipped and have not communicated with me about why you have not shipped, I WILL FILE A BTR AFTER 2 WEEKS. If you have time to hang out on the site you have time to honor your responsibilities and mail your packages. It is your responsibility to contact me. I should not have to go looking for you. If I have not received, I file a BTR after 1-2 months, depending on the trader and the value of the trade. Communication is of Utmost Importance! I want to be informed of delays, when you receive, when you send. all the specific details of the items involved in the trade. If there will be a delay. If there is poor communication I will lower your courtesy rating. Communication with lies........you know who you are, will get you an unacceptable under honesty and courtesy. Shipping Information Please Use Delivery Confirmation. I always use DC. I prefer you use it as well. If you chose not to use it and your package does not arrive I will hold you 100% responsible. I will consider it a package never sent. If you do not compensate me 100% then I will file a BTR. I do not pay inflated shipping costs. That's what eBay is for. I pay ACTUAL COSTS ONLY when buying. Package your item to be safe. Plan for your package to be thrown, dropped, kicked etc. I have worked for the USPS, UPS and RPS. Trust me, that is Exactly the way packages are treated. You don't have to spend a lot of money. Wrapping a game that is in it's own box in bubble wrap and covered with a brown paper bag is Just fine. Just package it to be safe. I ship orders 1st class with delivery confirmation. If you want it shipped priority YOU will pay the difference. If I want my item shipped priority, I will pay the difference. When I ship to Canada I WILL NOT LIE about the value or state it is a gift. It's dishonest. Pay your own duties. I will not be out shipping money if they send it back to me. GENERAL TRADING INFORMATION *I only trade & buy complete games. N64 games excluded. *Greatest Hits, Player's Choice, etc are less valuable than non GH and PC games. Therefore, I pay/trade less for them. Amazon and eBay prices are irrelevant when it comes to GH & PC games. It is too hard to trade/sell them. *If you have more trades, I ship first *If I have more trades, you ship first. *I accept money orders and *I pay via personal check and *I only send money orders to Multi Gold Star Traders. I will however, send money orders to traders that ship their items first. *I don't mind receiving offers to buy. However, if you send me an offer to buy, you must include a price. Offers to buy that do not include a price will be declined. *I use the most popular system for placing value on my items. The 1 - 5 scale. I added one twist to my rating scale. 1 = A low value item 5 = A high value item = It will require a life sustaining organ to get this item from me. *If I have sent you offers in the past, and you have ignored them, I will not trade with you, ever! If you cannot do me the courtesy of a simple reply, you obviously will not be able to handle the proper etiquette required in carrying out a trade agreement. SUBSCRIBED TRADERS VS NON SUBSCRIBED TRADERS I don't care if you are subscribed or not. It holds no bearing on whether I will trade with you. WHEN I AM BUYING I send first Only To Multi Gold Star Traders. If we have the same number of trades and equal ratings I will send HALF prior to shipment. Or, we can ship at the same time. Traders that agree to send at the same time, then do not follow through, will receive an unacceptable in courtesy, honesty and speed. For some Silver Star traders I will ship when I get confirmation from the USPS that your package was accepted and is en route. Bronze Stars and No Star Traders: Are you kidding me? I don't care if I am buying You have not established yourself here. You have not built a solid trading record. Therefore, YOU SEND FIRST! I don't mind receiving offers to buy. However, if you send me an offer to buy, you must include a price. Offers to buy that do not include a price will be declined. I try very hard to make sure the people I do business with are treated with the greatest respect. I do everything in my power to give 110% to all customers. I am very nice and easy to trade with.
