UPDATE ...
I received and email, finally, from him on 4/10. The text is below :

"hi, i'm very sorry about the trade,i've been away for that time and something went wrong with my AOL. I can't get on Gametz to check who i traded with because my account was disable so i was waiting for other people to send me email but i didnt know what happen, i'm not getting some email. My cousin just checked my account and he told me i got a lot of bad trader report. i don't care about it anymore since i don't have the account. I'll try to send your stuff out ASAP so just bare with me. I might have to do it after the break but i will send. Very sorry for the inconvience."

Needless to say, I won't hold my breath.

We agreed on a trade in which I would send Unreal Tournament and he would send Gladiator DVD. He insisted that I send first because I had less trades (33 to 30).

My part of the trade was delivered Saturday, March 23rd, 2001 as indicated by the delivery confirmation number on the Post Office's web site. He indicated that he would be able to send the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Later, he deleted our trade from the game site. I asked for an explaination since he had already received my part of the trade, and he replied that it was a mistake, he deleted the wrong one, and he reentered the trade on the site.

It's been over a week and a half since he received the game that I sent. I have emailed him repeatedly asking about when he would send his part, with no answer. The emails do not bounce and his account indicates that he last logged in on April 1st.

Do not trade with this guy. At the very best, he sucks at communication and has unacceptable delays, but I don't expect to see his part of the trade.

Kenny, if you're reading this ... You shouldn't have committed mail fraud on a police officer with a law degree. I will do my best to get law enforcement in your county involved. This can be prevented by returning the game I sent, or even doing something unusual like sending an email.

We have agreed to trade my MS Office 2000 for his Napa Dav310, CD Player/mp3/vcd. I sent my package with a confirmation # 03047990000254598090 and was arrived on 3/17/2001. After that, I send numerous email to him to ask him to send me the Napa CD player as promised, but he never answer my email since. His mailing address is:

I will fill a mail fraud if he doesn't reply by the end of this week and contact local police office to file a criminal report on him.

Also, I have filed an report with Microsoft for the Office CD, its now filed as stolen.

Stop telling people that you can't get to your email system. There are cyberbars, cybercafes, and you can send emails in the library. Just send me the CD player, and I will drop this bad trader report.

FINALLY, I RECEIVED THE NAPA CD PLAYER. I DON’T KNOW WHAT KIND METHOD YOU USE FOR SHIPPING. IT IS NOT AS YOU DESCRIBED: NO SCRATCHES, AND INCLUDE A MANUAL. THIS CD PLAYER IS LIKE YOU HAVE IT FOR 3 YEARS AND CARRY IT TO SCHOOL EVERYDAY. SECONDLY, YOU TOLD ME TO READ THE MANUAL BEFORE, WHERE IS THE MANUAL FOR IT?

If you don't send me a manual as promised, this trade will not be completed. Now I got this system completely dont know what to do with it. Please send me the manuel and I will forget the about your old system that you described it "same as new".

THIS BTR WILL NOT BE REMOVED April 3, 2001 Ok first of all its been 116 days!!!!!! And I really want my stuff!Are intial trade was my House of the Dead 2 with two Guns and Ready 2 Rumble boxing for his $71... But we changed it to My stuff for his $55 and one Dreamcast controller. Are initial trade got deleted by the GAMETZ SITE for being pending for more than 90 days!Uh I havent took action,but my father has! He is more angry than I am and I havent told him what happened until recently and he was really angry. This was about a 3 days ago. I was banned from making post going to chat. So I couldnt post it earlier. But he told someone and things started to roll. So Jose expect a letter in the mail from a law firm or something? He going to file for mail fraud Saturday. The money has to be here Jose by Saturday. Its completely out of my control so dont ask me for some more time because I cant give you any. anyways I can get money for what I pay for at the stores so either you pay $55 and a controller or $120? your pick? And I always wonder why I saved all my reciepts. Updated 4/6/2001 My stuff hasnt come in the mail Friday and tomorrow is deadline....so as promise mail fraud will be filed immediatly after the mail arrives.Our trade now has extended to 118 days exactly. After mail fraud is file, still send I dont know how reversible it is. If it isnt at all tough luck.Updated 4/19/2001 Ok my stuff hasnt arrived and MAIL FRAUD has been filed! Its been 132 since our intial trade. Fun Facts that really pissed me off. -Jose has recieved a total of $202 ..... none of which he gave to me ! -Jose has SPENT $150 !!!!!!!!!! At the beginning of March he offered me five N64 games for $70, I sent the money and waited about a week. Which i then send him an email asking if he received the money and/or send the games, well he never replied and I sent two more emails but each time they came back to me saying that his email address does not exist anymore. So anyway David if you are reading this please send the games and I will remove this report.

I made a trade with Korey Dotson (saltman4u aka kgamer219) and he gave me an address to mail my package to. I sent my package for his ps2. I mailed it out and when he didn't recieve it he said it was somone elses address. After I got ripped off we looked up his phone number in west virginia and we didn't find a number. However, when we looked for his phone number in Virginia, it was found. His plan to rip off people. He said he lives in West Virginia but no. What he does is he gives you the address and after you send it out he'll tell you that you sent it to the wrong address. And good luck in getting it back.
