I agreed to send him a check for Tomb Raider on Sept. 4th. He cashed the check on Sept. 25th (and I only know that because of my bank statement). I have sent E-mails to him asking about the status of our transaction on Sept. 27th, Oct. 18th and Oct. 24th, and I have not received any replies. Actually, the last message he sent me was on Sept. 8th. While I have a feel this is a misunderstanding or a special situation (in which case I will gladly remove this complaint), I am afraid I am not the only person having this kind of trouble (at this date, there is another report about him).

He set up a trade with me, and never sent his half of the deal. Four days after he supposedly sent his package out, he IM'ed me wanting to know if I wanted to trade. When I inquired if he remembered our current trade, he simply said 'no' and was suddenly logged off. I checked the bad traders list and found out he's been scamming people all over the place! What's worse, he's even requested confirmation over UGTZ, as if I'd confirm a deal before receiving the package! If the address is Riverdale, GA BEWARE!

He asked me to trade my Actraiser game for Time Crisis PSX, and I never recieved it. This was about 2 months ago, I lost the addy for UGTZ and had to create a new account, I think his UGTZ ID was something like mpeco or somethin.

We agreed to a trade where he would send me Mechcommander and I would send him Wargames. I shipped my game out to him the day after we made the arrangement priority mail. After a week had gone by I emailed him politely requesting the status of my game. He did not respond. In checking the bad traders list a couple of days ago, I noticed a double reporting in which one of the reportees had the same mailing address I was told to send to (the one listed above). It was a different name and email address, Benjamin Lok - benlok@yahoo.com which is no longer in use. I believe the other party involved was Christian McMahon - pobox@gte.net, although these two reports have been removed. Oddly Mr. McMahon was being reported by Herbert Park and not Ben Lok. On Mr. Park's trading page he requests sending to HerbertPark@yahoo.com instead of his AOL address for faster service, which is the email address I used to contact him at. In checking the one trade link on this traders page I discovered that the other trader he had made a trade with (Chris Peltzer - dpeltzer@optonline.net) had also made a trade with Ben Loc. There was also a trade with another yahoo.com address that led to another non-existent account. These 3 trades occured at roughly 2 month intervals leading me to believe either this is the bad trader himself or he is running a scam with someone else. Curiously Chris Peltzer links to and promotes a company called Zonked Web Design Service. This is the same business I was told to address my package to by Herbert Park. If a trader uses the address listed above do not trade with them. You will only be throwing your game away.
