On September 22nd we pended a trade, his Metal Gear Solid 4 and Resistance: Fall of Man for my 3' HDMI cable and Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Athena, all games for PS3. We agreed to first class with DC as shipment method and he marked sent on the same day, but did not post a DC #. Shortly after marking sent, he sent me a PM asking if we could both send at the same time. I told him the best I could do would be to send after the DC shows up as accepted. He went on about how he had sent without DC and always did and that it should show up in a couple days. Nothing showed up. He then gave me a sob story about how he is disabled and just wants to see a movie in full HD. So I agreed to send just the HDMI cable, and then the game once his games arrived. So when he gets the cable, which I told him from the beginning was a 3 foot cable, he tells me it is to short and how he got screwed, and everyone on the site is going to think he is a liar, and yada yada yada. I then agreed to send him my 6 foot cable and he would return the 3 foot cable. DC shows he got it, yet still no games, and now no 3 foot HDMI cable either.

On October 29, more then a month after he marked sent he finally tells me to look at his list and tell him what would make up for it. I selected the only game on his list that was on my wanted list, and he went off saying he did not have that anymore and that I have to be lying because he definitely sent and more yada yada yada. I then told him to just send my cables back, or the games we originally agreed on, or something else with the same value with DC.

He finally on November 6th gave me a list of what games he actually had and I picked which one would be acceptable for the longer HDMI cable. He agreed to send it and has not responded to e-mails, PM's, or trade messages since.

He logs on every day or 2 so I know he has seen the other 10 or so BTR's.
Here are the options for resolving this BTR;
1. (preferred) Send me MGS4 and Resistance: Fall of Man with DC
2. Return my 2 HDMI cables
3. Send me a PS3 game worth the same as the 2 HDMI cables with DC.

Trade was for me to send Buzz Quiz TV (PS3) first, then he would send Batman Arkham Asylum (PS3).

I sent on Nov 5, priority mail. He lives an hour and a half away from me and it's been over 2 weeks.

He still hasn't confirmed receipt, claiming that it was due to him moving recently and mail forwarding hadn't occurred yet. He never notified me of a pending move or change of address before I sent and still has not confirmed receipt.

I will not resolve this until either my game is returned to me or Batman Arkham Asylum (PS3) is sent to me.

First off - it now says "1 Incident Reported" on my profile page. Which makes it look like I am the bad trader in this situation. A bad trader gets a BTR or many BTRs on the top of there profile. It is the first thing you see before scrolling down to see the profile. When this all took place this guy eventually had like 8 BTRs. It took 2 months to get delivery of the game I traded him for. He made many trades in the time he said mine was sent and him saying he had sent it was not true. Then GamingGod said he didn't actually own the game anymore he had to sell it and was trying to find another for me. Strange story, seemed mostly like it was all untrue or a horrible twist of luck and bad deals made and such. Anyway, took a long time to get the game and it was looking like he was lying and stealing from multiple users before skipping town with many traded items. I had the police knock on his door cause his story changed and changed and he made more trades in addition to the few he had already going and eventually said his account was hacked and he is not GamingGod but that he would honor the trade when he could financially. What? So the cops went to be sure he was actually still living at the address I sent my game to, and he was the trader the cops talked to. And so the cops told me I should have the game or money in a week and this trader he says to me it will take him a long time to send but he will send but after he sends other traders there stuff first, other that made trades with him after I had. Really a very bad trade experience to have. I thought he was crazy for sure and the cop said he gave him a week and sure enough I eventually got my trade.

I have yet to receive my promised $20 from our trade. (Was $15, he bumped it to $20 if I waited, I did and still nothing)

On Oct 9, I sent 3 PS3 games (Call of Duty 3, Stranglehold , & Marvel: Ultimate Alliance) to Donald w/ delivery confirmation showing delivery on Oct 13.

On Oct 15, Donald indicated he had sent. After several communications w/ him, he has yet to send his end of the trade (Bourne Conspiracy (PS3) + $15).

Dec 18, 2009: Sent Donald a message several weeks ago. Still waiting to hear from him.

Just need him to send the Bourne Conspiracy (PS3) + $15
OR return my games.
