We agreed to trade some of my subtime in exchange for a Banjo Kazooie manual and nothing has arrived. He received the subtime at the time the traded was pended. Although this is a very small trade, it certainly reflects on his not taking care of his trades. It appears several other traders are also having issues with Ben's non-compliance. I'll remove this report once Benjamin has contacted me and compensates me for this deal.

well i sent him money for a game, i sent first because he said he had no shipping money. and he was a bronze trader so i figured that it'll be ok. a week later i come back and he has 3 or 4 btr's that werent there before. but i dont file one yet becuase i figure he might send my game, since it was only a $5 game. but no, and after several emails ive decided i might as well post my btr, since im tired of being ripped off. I'm not trading for a while, prolly wont get to if the site goes sub only anyways. btr's wont solve anything for me but it'll definately stop any chance of this guy trading again. besides, if i wasnt lazy i'd be slapping a lawsuit on him or something. but oh well.

Lets Make this short and simple, i sent him NFL Blitz and a Gameshark Pro(N64) for a Nintedo, 2 controllers,Zelda 2,Rollergames, and courier crisis(PSX). So i sent first since i had less trades then him. He says he gets the package then he says he will send the next day. Then he says that he got held up at work. So i let him go for a bit then 2 weeks later i email him again asking if hes sent and he says he went on vacation. Then another 2 weeks later I email him asking if hes sent yet and he says that the PO says his box was illegal.I was like, gimme a break. Then he said since shipping was taking so long he would throw in a PSX game. Then after another 2 weeks he said im sorry its taking so long just i havent got a ride to go the post office, i was like my god hes 20 something and he doesent have a car.Geez.Then 1 week later I email him again saying if he doesent send by friday id leave a btr so here it is.All im asking for is my games back or the NES and 2 PSX games and the controllers and the 2 games.

This trader ripped me off of 5 games. We first started this trade over a month ago and he said he didn't have money after i sent the games out. So i asked him either to send the money when he got it or send my games back. that was over 2 weeks ago. I then emailed him last week saying where are my games i want them back. Then i recieved an email from him on sunday saying he will send'em out first class. It's been a week since that and i have yet to recieve my games. Ben either send my games back or the money of $35 dollars or this BTR will stay active.
