Ok, I sent Keith $60 via Paypal for a Dreamcast package. He sent promptly. However, when I got the package, I was missing 2 complete games (Phantasy Star Online Ver. 1 and Virtua Tennis), and had the case but no disc for another (King of Fighters: Dream Match 99). When I contacted Keith on this, I never heard a response. Turns out, he has a bad email.

So, my guess is that's why I haven't heard anything back from him. I've traded with him in the past, so I don't feel he was trying to rip me off in any way, just forgot the games. I really didn't want to file this BTR, but it's been almost 2 months now since I received and I don't know of any other way for him to notice my messages. I will be more than happy to delete this BTR, once I hear from him on the games.
