Well, on June 24, 2002, we agreed to trade for my 7th Guest, Time Commando, Indiana Jones GB, Quest for Camelot GBC, for his $7 and Police Quest. He said for me to keep waiting and don't give him a BTR because other traders is already loosing their patience on him, but I decided to wait, and wait, but still nothing, so I e-mail him again, for like 3 times I think he just said, he wants to get rid of his other BTR first before he deal with mine, so i said OK, then I E-mailed him again, and no response, I could understand that he may be on vacation like most people are, but the other BTR of his hasn't been taken down yet, so I think maybe he forgot about me because I didn't put this up sooner so that is why I am putting it up. I also sent first and he got it OK because I said he lives if California like me so nothing will happened to it and I sent to someone with ZERO Feedback because I thought I can trust him, I really don't want to put this up here because I hated posting BTRs, but I need to or at least until I get my Money and Game I will remove this, but seeing that the other people still has left this up here I think this is staying for a while. I also think that if I put this up he will just suspend his account, but I don't want him to forget about he.

We made a trade on August 18th stating that i would send him The 11th Hour and he would send me Uniracers. I kept in contact with him and he said he received it and he also said he sent Uniracers. I sent first to him because he had very good feedback but lately he has 4 or so BTRs. I have not heard from him in a month or so and it has been nearly two months since i sent his package

This trader has good ratings so far, so I am still hoping that there is a mix up, but I am beginning to doubt it. On August 4 I consented to send "Wheel of time" in return for "Magic the gathering"(PC). On August 8 I got an email from him saying he received my item but had not had time to send his and would send it by the end of the week. By August 16 nothing had arrived yet so I let him know and he replied that he had sent it, hopefully it would arrive in a week or so and if not, that he would send another copy. By Spetember 2, I had still received nothing and he said he was sorry and that there was probably a mail problem. he said he'd send it that day. on september 9 I emailed to ask "Have you had a chance to send it?" and received an email saying "it's going out tomorrow" (that would be the 10th). THEN nothing until September 24, when i emailed to say that i felt things were getting suspicious. He replied that he had sent it the previous week, which was odd because the last i had heard he sent it on the 10th of september. His messages were getting just slightly rude at this point and he was offering very little explanation beyond "I sent it last week". On Spetember 25th I got a message telling me it should be here by Monday (the 30th).
Today is October 5. it has been a couple days less than two months since he received my item. I am fine with mixups, but I don't appreciate being told something is on its way when clearly it isn't, and being offered no apology or attempt to make up for it. He has never emailed to ask if I received it, never offered to send something else (with the exception of early on when he said he would send his other copy of "Magic", which at the time seemed like a nice gesture). As I said before, I am still hoping that somehow this is a mix up and this guy is honestly trying. if so, I'd be too happy to retract any complaint. But after 2 months that scenario seems pretty unlikely. In all, it would have been less of a pain just to avoid this trader.
