Well, here is the story..... He came into the UGTZ chat and asked if anyone was interested in a Playstation 2, and I said I was so I AIM'ed him and we made an agreement (My Gundam and Time Stalkers for his Playstation 2). We agreed to send same day and I did but he didn't (Here's the Confirmation Number from where I sent (the 27th of July): 0310-2990-0006-2832-8243). He said his "Dad" sent (Am I the only one getting tired of little kids not sending and saying a sibling or parent did and that's why they don't have a Confirmation Number?). So I took his word for it (Supposedly it was sent Friday (28th of July). Well it never arrived Monday but I though I would give him the benefit of the doubt and allow another day for him to send me a Confirmation Number. Well it never arrived today, so I'm stuck with 3 PS2 games I purchased over the weekend to play on my PS2, I know he never sent. So I sent his name, address, AND phone number to the authorities and posted it all over newsgroups (as a bad trader) so people would not be screwed by this little kid again. If you want his phone number, E-mail me. This will come down when and if I receive the PS2.

UPDATE Bill has just informed me this guy has 3 accounts: MakoShark, Neo42, and Axle191 all on the same computer! This guy has ripped me and a friend off and we each have his phone number, I will be posting his phone number in 1 hour. I'm putting this BTR on ALL of ihs accounts. My P. I. recently E-mailed Jon and said this:

It has recently came to my attention that you ripped my friend Chris Parsons off. I am a Private Investigator, my name is Lawrence A. Osbourn. I am an expert in this field of work, what you did is a serious felony and Chris has all the documents of your conversations with him (And let me just say, you are rude and swear a lot), Emails, your address, and phone number (Yours and "Billy's.") So now we have enough information to start a case against you, actually, against your parents as I was told you are only 15.
We will be suing for the maximum aloud in this field of work. Also Mail Fraud has been filed and your parents could be sued for up to 59,000.00 and serve up to 30 years in prison. This is just to inform you of the upcoming events. Now that we have found you have ripped off other people as well, the case is even stronger against you and the stats I gave you could almost double. 2 counts of Mail Fraud in the first degree, and 2 cases for personal damages.
Now Chris has informed me this will be dropped if he receives a "Playstation 2" from you before (08/08/00) because after that the case will be in progress and nothing can be done to stop the hearings. You will receive a call soon after the 8th informing you when the hearings begin.
