This is my first bad trader report, and i was a bit anxious to report this person, because i didn't want to go through the trouble. thats why i waited so long because i didn't want the hassle. My part of the deal was to send Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap for Game Boy Advance, and his part of the deal to send to me was to send: X-men for Game Gear, X-men Mojo World for Game Gear as well and Mario Party 3 for the Nintendo 64. Even though i did have more trades, it was still equal to me so i thought it would be ok for both of us to send at the same time so we wouldn't have to wait so long for the other party. The offer was accepted by both parties on the 14th of June 2005. I sent my side of the trade on the 15th of June, 2005. And he claimed he sent his on the 19th of June 2005. The thing that was really odd to me, was during the whole process of talking about what would be for the trade agreement he never typed a thing, he was the one to propose the offer first, and i countered and he just agreed right then and there with no words after it. When it was around July i became frustrated and sent him a couple of messages saying when will i get my part of the deal, because he said he sent it, but i haven't recieved and also he claimed he didn't recieve my part of the deal, and every message i would send him, he would still not reply. i know he has my part of the agreement and didn't send me his part of the agreement. I know he's been on this site, because the last time it shows he was on was in december. So he has read my messages but didn't reply. And i know, i should of sent a bad trader report like back in september or even august. but it was my first time dealing with something like this, and i just didn't want to go through it. But now whenever i go to this site, i see the 'pending trade' and its just digs into me. Now what i would like to happen, i would either like for this person to send me his part of the agreement, complete the trade and get it over with or he can just send me my game back. I don't know why this person would not agree on his terms, because his past trades all looked good and nobody had complaints. thank you for the time.
